About EIP Digital: 
EIP Digital covers a wide range of technologies, such as electronics, wireless and telecommunications, applied physics, optics, computer hardware, software, and machine learning/AI. Since its founding in 2000, EIP's strength in these areas has been the cornerstone of our success. 
EIP's Digital team is well-known for its proficiency in patent drafting and strategic patent prosecution. It is also a preferred litigant in high-tech patent cases, having participated in several high-profile patent litigation cases in Germany and the UK as well as oppositions at the EPO in recent years. 
Members of the EIP Digital team are assigned to several high-value cases that call for exceptional levels of experience in pre-litigation investigation, technical standards, licencing, and successful litigation. 
Many of these members work at the nexus of cutting-edge fields like drug development and AI, electronics and health tech.
 About the role: 
The Swedish IP team is expanding, and this exciting newly established function will play a significant role in it. We are searching for a young professional with experience with high-tech digital applications and other technologies like artificial intelligence. 
In this position, you will be offering top-notch, specialised patent legal assistance to the company and its clients. The cases that are worked on are extremely complicated and can involve all of Europe. 
The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with the Swedish Partners and the larger Swedish company, but they will also have the chance to engage on projects with colleagues in the UK. 
The chosen applicant will have one to three years of experience as a member of an established intellectual property law team.
 A background in computer science, mathematics, engineering physics, or electrical engineering is recommended.
 We are expanding our cross-border capabilities and Swedish footprint after building our first office in the Nordic region in 2022.
 Joining the team at this exciting moment will help the Swedish function grow. 
The chosen applicant will proceed with their education as part of the esteemed EIP training curriculum. 
We are looking for people to work out of either our Malmö/Lund location or our Stockholm office.
