You will be a committed game developer at Embark as a Production Director, carrying out the objectives and roadmap for the game.
As a member of a cross-functional gaming team, you will establish and share objectives, develop and enhance procedures and structure, and oversee daily tasks to guarantee team output.
You're passionate about getting things done, finding solutions to issues, and reducing barriers! You are aware that doing new things is risky.
However, you have a talent for picking the most sensible path and you can tell when something is a success or a failure.
You take care to strike a balance between applying best practices and significant innovation.
Example of responsibilities:
Set and carry out the goals and roadmap for the product.
Procedure Enabling daily tasks, establishing and enhancing workflow.
Assure team efficiency and concentration. letting stakeholders know about project status and risks in a transparent manner.
Publisher correspondence.
Plans for resources and employment.
Project spending plan.
We would love if you have:
extensive background as a producer or project manager, with a portion of that expertise gained in the video game industry. a great deal of expertise using agile development techniques in a cross-functional team setup, ideally from different environments.
Skills related to project management include resource planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. experience finishing and delivering goods that come into contact with customers.
outstanding written and vocal communication abilities. a well-organized, meticulous, and driven individual. a practical outlook and the capacity to inspire both groups and individuals.
