How you will make an impact:
We are seeking student assistants in marketing to work with us at Arla Foods in Sweden. A student assistant's weekly work hours might vary from 15 to 20, depending on their educational background. Contracts are signed for each semester (spring, summer, and fall separately). You'll be taking on a wide range of responsibilities; they could include managing digital campaigns and communication, analyzing customers and sales, supporting the launch of new products, and project managing various events and fairs. What will make you successful?
We anticipate that you are pursuing a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a field akin to marketing, innovation, business, communication, or a related one. The ideal applicant should have completed two years of studies and be one year away. A great interest in exploring the Swedish FMCG industry is preferred, with a focus on business. Given that the assignment comprises stakeholders from both local and global sources, success in this function requires both a disruptive and unorthodox perspective as well as strong interpersonal skills. You will have a sincere desire to succeed, go above and beyond, and be self-motivated, self-assured, and gregarious. Furthermore, it is essential that you have a business mindset, entrepreneurial skills and be data-driven. Project management and work structure. Teamwork and relationship management. Both routine and ad hoc chores are acceptable when done with a learning mentality. Knowledge of IT software, such as Excel and PowerPoint, and an openness to learning new systems.
