How you will make an impact:
At Arla Foods in Sweden, we are looking for marketing student assistants to work with us. The number of hours a student assistant works each week might range from 15 to 20, depending on their level of schooling. Every semester (spring, summer, and fall individually) has a contract signed. You'll be taking on a broad range of duties, such as project managing different events and fairs, helping the launch of new items, assessing customers and sales, and managing digital marketing and communication. You will get to know a broad spectrum of industry stakeholders by collaborating with different internal departments and external partners. Initiate in the spring or fall.
What will make you successful?
We assume that you are seeking a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a related discipline, such as business, marketing, innovation, or communication. The ideal candidate would be one year away and have finished two years of school. It is ideal if you have a strong desire to learn about the Swedish FMCG market with an emphasis on business. The project involves stakeholders from both local and global sources, thus having a disruptive and unconventional viewpoint in addition to having good interpersonal skills is necessary for success in this role. Along with having a genuine drive to succeed, you'll also be outgoing, confident, and self-motivated. You also need to be data-driven, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and have a business perspective.
