We are presently looking for a committed Trainee in Operations Management to help our CEO lead strategic initiatives and make sure our business runs smoothly. You will get the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting as a trainee and gain practical experience growing a SaaS company.
What's going to happen is:
Assist our CEO in managing daily operations.
Undertake investigations and evaluate information to assist in making decisions.
Create captivating presentations for a range of audiences.
Organize and oversee unique tasks that the CEO assigns.
Assist with managing spending reports and financial documentation
Assist the finance team in monitoring KPIs and budgetary considerations.
Get the meeting materials ready.
Qualifications:
You're a driven individual with an ardent interest in operations management and an excellent sense of detail.
If you have prior project management, management assistant, or management consultant experience, that is desirable but not required.
proficiency with software for project management and other tools like PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent problem-solving abilities, project management experience, and a proactive attitude toward work
Outstanding English communication abilities, both written and spoken; ability to collaborate with teams in various time zones
This is a full- or part-time, temporary position that will last for six months.
