Responsibilities: 
Planning, analysis and requirements management: Strategic planning and detailed analysis of project requirements and effective management of these requirements throughout the development cycle. Ensure clear communication and capture of requirements with stakeholders involved: Transparent and efficient communication with all relevant parties to clearly understand and document requirements in user stories and epics. Prioritizing requirements in close collaboration with internal/external customers, e.g. in the sprint backlog: Ensuring that the most important requirements are implemented first and provide the most value to stakeholders. Responsibility for planning and monitoring project scopes, sprints, milestones, resources, costs and risks: The Product Owner has overall responsibility for the successful implementation of the project and oversees all aspects of project management. Ensuring technical acceptance and Definition of Done: Checking whether the work carried out meets the technical requirements and fulfills the Definition of Done before it is considered complete. Carrying out database analyses to derive rules: Analyzing databases to derive rules and patterns that can be used to meet project requirements. Using modern agile methods and tools such as JIRA and SCRUM: Efficient planning, execution and monitoring of the development process to ensure high productivity and quality. Communication and reporting within the team and to management: Regular updates and reports on the progress of the project and timely escalation of issues and risks. Facilitating workshops and following up on tasks: Organizing and leading meetings and workshops to discuss requirements and solutions as well as tracking and monitoring tasks and activities. Ensuring and optimizing the documented quality process: Implementing and continuously improving a clearly defined quality process to ensure that the developed software meets the highest quality standards. Design of graphical user interfaces: Designing and developing intuitive and user-friendly user interfaces that meet the needs and expectations of users and provide a positive user experience. 
Requirements profile: 
Degree in computer science, business informatics or similar qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Science in computer science). Several years of professional experience in the management of IT projects, such as the implementation of a new CRM system at a medium-sized company. Experience in requirements engineering, such as the creation of detailed requirements documents for the development of an e-commerce platform. Good knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Product Owner, e.g. as Scrum Master in a team of software developers developing a mobile application. Analytical skills and solution-oriented working style, such as identifying and resolving technical challenges during the implementation of a new database system. Strong ownership, communication and coordination skills, e.g. acting as project lead for a team of developers and designers in the implementation of a new web portal. Very good knowledge of business process modeling, such as developing process diagrams for optimizing supply chain operations in a logistics company. Experience with data analysis and IT query tools, such as analyzing sales data with SQL queries to derive business decisions in a retail company. Knowledge of process-oriented mass data processing, preferably in the healthcare sector, e.g. implementing a system for automated processing of patient data in a hospital environment. Very good German language skills, e.g. for successful communication with internal and external stakeholders in a German-speaking company.
