Your task:
In this role, you oversee our recently established Employee Experience department, which aims to elevate our employee journey by fostering cross-functional cooperation and adopting a comprehensive perspective—all inside an organization that has laid the groundwork for future expansion! You oversee a global staff of six human resources specialists and are ultimately in charge of the whole department, which includes performance management, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, employee engagement, succession planning, talent acquisition, and talent management. You guide SMR on its path to becoming an even more employee-centric company by working with our divisions. Together with your own team and other HR specialists around our organization, you keep pushing for advancements to propel us forward and adapting to shifting company requirements.
In order to make sure that everything we do advances the company's vision, you are in charge of strategic planning and designing our employer branding and onboarding initiatives, as well as talent pooling, shared leadership initiatives, and trainings. You and your team participate in business-area and group-level knowledge forums and make sure that interactions run well. 
Additionally, you oversee our SMR Executive Leadership program as its manager. It's critical to stay current with industry trends and best practices in the fields of talent acquisition and employee experience, and to share your expertise and insights with stakeholders at all levels.
You work closely with the SMR HR Management team and report to them. The World Trade Center in Stockholm is where this position is located. The work naturally involves travel.
Your profile:
We are seeking an HR leader with a wealth of expertise and a thorough understanding of learning, talent acquisition, or any related area. You've been working in a worldwide setting both strategically and operationally, and you love being in charge of a multinational team of experts from various time zones and cultures. You are accustomed to working closely with managers and human resources in a decentralized organization that fosters cross-functional cooperation. You are accustomed to working in a decentralized company where managers and HR are in close communication and cross-functional cooperation are common.
Additionally, you feel at ease giving presentations to executive management and other stakeholders at all levels. We anticipate a keen interest in emerging digital solutions and a solid understanding of Office 365, however Workday experience would be helpful. You must speak and write English fluently because we operate in a worldwide environment.
