Job Description: 
Roles & responsibilities: 
Control and oversee every facet of building projects, such as scheduling, budgeting, and planning. To guarantee seamless project execution, coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Enforce and keep an eye on adherence to quality standards and safety rules. Keep an eye on spending and manage project budgets to make sure they stay within the authorized boundaries. Documentation for the project, such as contracts, modification orders, and progress reports, should be prepared and reviewed. Determine and reduce any hazards or problems that might occur while construction is underway. Work together with engineers, designers, and architects to make sure all project requirements are fulfilled. Give stakeholders regular updates on the status of the project and respond to any questions or problems that come up. 
Desired Candidate Profile: 
It is preferable to have professional certifications like PMP or CMIT. A minimum of five years of experience managing projects in the building sector. Strong familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to work well with stakeholders. The capacity to function well under duress and fulfill deadlines.
