About Company:
 Who we are?
Olink, a division of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is using cutting-edge proteomics to revolutionise our understanding of human diseases. Our dedication to quality, innovation, and openness motivates us to offer outstanding solutions and assistance for the identification of human protein biomarkers.
Proteins have long been known to play a crucial part in human biology, but thorough investigation into their potential in a range of biological processes and illnesses has been hampered by technical limitations. Scientists are able to quantify dozens of human proteins at once with a few microlitres of blood thanks to our ground-breaking Olink solutions. Ground breaking research is made possible by our extremely specific and validated assays, which cover a large dynamic range.
Customisable protein biomarker solutions and a comprehensive library of assays spanning over 5000 proteins are among our services. We continue to have a significant influence on how science is discovered in the future as we grow internationally. For additional information, go to www.olink.com.

PhD in a life science discipline, ideally in molecular biology, bioinformatics, biostatistics, or a related field.
Strong background in bioinformatics and advanced data analysis.
Proficiency in using data analysis techniques using data from massively parallel proteomics and genomics technology in biological or medical research.
Expertise in handling and displaying vast volumes of data.
Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with people from various disciplines and teams.
Proficiency with R and/or Python programming.
Proficiency with additional techniques and languages, like SQL, is advantageous.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication abilities in English and, ideally, Swedish.
Strong background in immunology, chemistry, molecular biology, and proteomics. It is helpful to have previous knowledge with NGS, PCR/qPCR, screening techniques, and/or immunological analysis techniques.
It helps to have prior knowledge of proteins, enzymes, DNA, and antibodies. In addition to having an intermediate understanding of Swedish (you must be able to read and comprehend lab protocols in Swedish), you must be fully proficient in English for professional purposes.

You are a motivated, organised, and solution-focused individual. Your keen attention to detail along with an intellectual and problem-solving mindset make it simple for you to comprehend challenging issues.
