For one of our clients in Wiesbaden, Platri IT is searching for an experienced Administrator (m/f/d). Our customer is a publicly traded, multinational corporation with over 20,000 workers.
Tasks:
Initial point of contact (m/f/d) for both service providers and our clients. keeping track of and handling incoming orders from customers. examining the order items, determining the stock allocation and product availability, and keeping the best-before date in mind.
Processing complaints:
Reductions and clarification of open items in accordance with accounting for accounts receivable.
Campaigns, promotions, and initial allocations are processed smoothly.
close coordination with the pre-audit, sales, and logistics divisions.
Order processing is handled by us from acceptance to delivery (A-Z), including returns.
Profile:
Commercial training, preferably with a similar experience in logistics or as a businessman (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services.
professional background in customer support.
competent use of Microsoft Office and SAP (modules SD and MM).
Possessing persuasiveness, diplomacy, and communication abilities.
A strong grasp of numbers is combined with an organized, process-oriented style of working.
Excellent attention to detail and customer service, along with excellent time management skills to fulfill deadlines.
