Tasks:
Leading the HR team as an operational and strategic partner for managers. Ensuring the quality of and compliance with the defined HR management processes. Developing solutions for current HR issues and measures and ensuring practical implementation. Implementation, management and monitoring of personnel planning, personnel selection and recruitment, and talent development. Responsibility for the qualified implementation and ongoing optimization of recruitment activities. Planning, managing and supporting the continuous improvement of the organization. Developing and implementing innovative HR concepts and effective processes. Actively contributing new ideas for optimizing the HR management process. Contact person and professional advisor for all HR-related issues for management and employees. Further development of personnel marketing to successfully position the company on the relevant labor markets.
Requirements profile:
Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on human resources or comparable qualified training. Professional experience in a comparable function with experience in the introduction of new HR operating models. Extensive experience in supporting transformation/change projects, organizational development and communication. Broad HR knowledge, digitalization know-how and extensive process and project management skills are important to us. Confident in using the tools of modern HR management. Strong analytical and communication skills. Sound knowledge of labor law would be helpful. Good written and spoken English skills. Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
