Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical Architect, deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions related to Office 365, Active Directory, Azure & AWS cloud platforms, DNS Servers, On-premise, hybrid and SaaS applications.
- Provide in depth support, development, and maintenance for all Microsoft Office 365 areas such as mail configuration, collaboration tools, deployment features, and cloud security.
- Support and administer Exchange on-premises, hybrid and Exchange Online, Teams, Teams Phone System and Rooms, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Endpoint Manager administration.
- Maintaining and updating systems, including Azure/AWS/GCP/Office365 infrastructure. Experience with collaboration suite migration from On-prem to Office 365 or GCP to Office or vice versa.
- Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring using security policies & controls.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP/Office 365 licensing and maintaining inventory of equipment and software licenses
- Migrating on-premises workloads & data to Microsoft Azure.
- Act as a subject matter experts and collaborate with escalation managers when additional support is needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.
- 7+ years of experience in the relevant field.
- Technical proficiency in and learning attitude toward Microsoft/Office 365, Azure, AWS, GCP, Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange Server and related technologies.
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Autopilot, Microsoft Power Automate and PowerShell, data retention, and backup and recovery policies and procedures.
- Hands on experience in Active Directory, DNS, Windows Server, LAN/WAN, Firewalls and Azure AD, MDM/MAM, on-prem infrastructures, Web server management include IIS, nginx, Apache, Tomcat.
- 2+ years of first-hand experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (ECS/EKS, EC2, ELB, ECR, RDS, VPC, ElasticCache/Redis, Lambda, CloudWatch)
- 2+ years of first-hand experience with Azure cloud infrastructure (VM, App services, storage accounts, databases, virtual networks, log analytics, app gateways etc)
- Advanced knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of IP networking, VPN's, DNS, load balancing and firewalling.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.

- Ability to quickly adapt to technology and/or application changes and business delivery priorities.
- Fundamental Linux Administrator Knowledge.
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Admin certification (MS-110, MS-101)
- Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solution Architect expert certification will be plus
