The candidate will be performing a wide range of administrative tasks, assisting with HR processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Employee Relations and Compliance
- Performance Management and Training
- Benefits and Compensation Management
OPERATIONS
- Administrative Support
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum experience of 3+ years in an administrative or HR role, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
