Job Description:
What you'll be doing?
• Assist clients with product questions, usage, debugging, and technical difficulties with expertise.
• To improve product knowledge and usage, hold training sessions for internal teams and customers.
• Create FAQs, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide the product development team input based on your personal experiences and relationships with customers.
• To guarantee seamless product development and communication, collaborate closely with a variety of departments, including marketing, engineering, design, and customer support.
• Contribute observations and ideas derived from consumer encounters to shape the product plan and subsequent advancements.
Qualifications:
What you bring along?
• A system engineering bachelor's degree or a similar degree. two to five years of expertise in web security (such as SSL and VPN), hosting environments, webservice installation and configuration, and SQL.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.
• Proficiency in independently managing tasks, including problem-solving, taking accountability, and promptly raising issues when they arise.
• Customer-centric thinking is putting the needs of the customer first and looking for methods to streamline procedures.
• Able to work in our fantastic Rotterdam office in a hybrid schedule (3 days at the office, 2 days at home).
