A Manager of Business Analysis is needed by Maximus.
Important Tasks and Obligations:
. Act as a point of contact between the systems development team and the business (end users).
. Determine and evaluate company requirements, hold requirements meetings, and establish goals and parameters.
. Convert business needs into software or system requirements.
. Provide suggestions about how to leverage new technology or different applications of already-existing technology to solve problems or enhance company procedures.
. Examine the technical business needs and record the application's components, such as data and business processes.
. Create strategic plans and goals to support project operations and meet company demands; assess the effects of any possible end-user-requested modifications.
. By establishing and managing the solution release process for business solutions and making sure that agreed protocols are followed, you may help carry out authorized project objectives.
. Give team members guidance and handle challenging problems.
Minimum Conditions
. a bachelor's degree in a similar discipline.
. It is necessary to have five to seven years of relevant work experience.
. In place of a degree, an equivalent mix of education and experience is taken into consideration.

Maximus's overall remuneration package includes more than simply an annual salary. Program-specific prizes and short- and long-term incentives are examples of additional rewards. Pay ranges will be in line with job responsibilities and suitable work experience, albeit they may vary depending on contract value.
