Your task:
In order to fulfill organizational needs, including management development, talent management, succession planning, high potential management, learning programs, and competence development, you create, carry out, and assess employee development plans and programs in this role. To offer programs that improve employees' performance, abilities, and knowledge, you assess their development requirements. It's also your responsibility to source and provide development programs, or suggest programs from outside sources, that satisfy individual requirements while aligning with the organization's overarching goals.To evaluate the efficacy of internal and external development initiatives, you maintain and analyze organization and individual data. At the end of the day, you keep up to speed on advancements and innovations in the competence development business so that the organization’s development operations remain current and relevant.
The location for this post is the World Trade Center in Stockholm.
About you:
A university degree in HR, law, or a related field is preferred, and you must have strong experience in all facets of event planning, including cost containment, venue scouting, and equipment logistics. You must also be able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple events and tasks at once, and you must be accustomed to working in an environment with minimal direct supervision. You must be proficient in both written and spoken English communication because we operate in a global setting.
Being a proactive, enthusiastic, and imaginative individual, you deliver exceptional employee experiences in all that you do. Your attention to detail, ability to remain composed under pressure, and time management are all excellent. You have excellent organizational abilities and experience establishing and preserving productive working connections. If you prefer multitasking and making quick judgments while on the go, you will really flourish. You can work autonomously while handling the day-to-day minutiae and effortlessly transition to big-picture thinking to guarantee great experiences in our learning and development environment. You also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
