Product Manager: 
Exterior doors, Scandinavia Helsingborg or Jönköping area Can you implement and support a strategy for a high-performing product line? Managing the Exterior Door product portfolio in Northern Europe (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, and Latvia) and assisting in the development and implementation of the product strategy are your duties in this role. 
Your role:
You will drive all relevant projects necessary for the future success of the category for exterior doors. Strong analytical abilities, a thorough comprehension of the industry, and prior sales and marketing expertise will enable you to work across functional lines and take on responsibility for all new product launch activities in addition to portfolio management during the course of the product lifecycle. Additionally, you will be accountable for the success of your business in your market. 
Areas of responsibility: |
• Aid in the development of the annual budget and product line plan by the category director and/or product line manager. 
• Identify opportunities for new products & solutions, develop outline value propositions; and champion new projects through the ideation stage. 
• Manage the process of product retirement, including exit plans, stock management, and SKU management. 
• Define the price & service offer for all new products. 
• Determine and put into practice steps to maximize contribution margin over the course of the lifetime. 
• Oversee the process of launching a new product, making sure that the required systems are put up, internal training is delivered effectively, and external marketing campaigns are carried out. 
• Understand legal & regulatory requirements and their impact on the product offering. 
• Keep an eye on rival and market activity and report on it to offer useful information. 
• Provide top management with pertinent and timely product reports. 
• Support and ensure adherence to relevant business processes, such as Tollgate & integrated business planning. 
• Perform other duties assigned. 
Required profile: WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 
Experience in product management, marketing, and/or sales; completed economic, commercial, or technical studies; ideally, at least three years of experience in a capacity similar to that within the construction industry; market knowledge in Scandinavia is a useful benefit. 
• Proficiency in managing intricate projects and navigating cross-functional frameworks • Good analytical and strategic thinking. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Very good English language skills + fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages.
