Located roughly ninety miles from Minneapolis in scenic northwest Wisconsin, RLWS offers big-city vocations in a small-town atmosphere. We are seeking to expand the team at our corporate headquarters located in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, by hiring a Senior Human Resource Generalist. The selected candidate will work in a specialty HR function as the subject matter expert, providing our employees with a wide range of HR generalist services, such as Benefits, Compensation, Training & Development. Recruiting, employee relations, employee appreciation, business events, benefits & pay, training & employee development, performance management, and compliance are just a few of the duties that the Senior HR Generalist will undertake. Candidates that meet the qualifications will have at least three (3) years of experience as an HR generalist and a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or a similar discipline. Must possess wit, vitality, creativity, decisiveness, and compassion. Must be able to multitask and work well in a team. Need to be ready to consistently put the needs of the company ahead of oneself. Scalable, extremely motivated, self-directed, and capable of striking a fantastic work/life balance are requirements. Be trustworthy, dependable, and sincere; our job is to establish confidence. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are necessary, both orally and in writing. exceptional computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office; experience with ADP Workforce. Right now is a good time. A valid driver's license would be helpful; sometimes overnight excursions are required. The SHRM-CP and/or a professional certification are preferred; if not, they must be earned within a year.
