Job Description:
Position: SEM/SMM Specialist
Company: Promocell LLC
Location: Turkey, India, UAE
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
SEM Strategy and Implementation:
SEM Strategy and Execution: 
Establish and execute SEM tactics to boost the generation of leads and traffic to the website. 
Conduct competitive analysis, bid management, and keyword research.
To increase ROI and meet KPIs, track and improve campaigns.
Make educated judgements by analysing data from Google Analytics and other sources.
Work along with the content team to make sure SEO tactics are followed.
SMM Strategy and Execution:
Create and put into action social media plans for a variety of platforms, including as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
To encourage audience participation and growth, create and oversee interesting content.
Keep an eye on social media, reply to remarks, and interact with fans.
Analyse and monitor social media performance data, making necessary adjustments to your strategy.
Keep up with the most recent social media tools and trends to guarantee successful campaigns.
Campaign Management:
Manage, organise, and carry out paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Optimise targeting, landing pages, and ad copy to get the most out of them.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of your campaigns, offering analysis and suggestions.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the creative and content teams to align marketing strategies.
Coordinate with clients to understand their goals and provide regular updates.
Present campaign results and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
a track record of success in a SEM/SMM function or a related one.
comprehensive understanding of SEM tactics, resources, and networks (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
solid awareness of trends, best practices, and social media platforms.
proficiency with a variety of analytics platforms, including Facebook Insights and Google Analytics.
outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
the capacity to function both alone and together.
strong ability to analyse and solve problems.
a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications for Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads.
familiarity with conversion rate optimisation and online sales.
