Our Journey: 
The HR Shared Services team is dedicated to helping the SAS group in all delivery-related areas. Our goals are to promote operational excellence, accelerate the SAS HR delivery model, and provide a positive colleague experience. The HR Data & Processes team, which is a division of HR Shared Services, is in charge of managing our HR systems from the standpoint of users. Our goals are to improve, standardise, and harmonise our systems. We interpret business needs and processes for our HR systems as we work as a bridge between the business and IT. We are also in charge of providing the company with system and user guide assistance. 
What we are looking for?
 We are now searching for a SAP expert or specialist with workforce knowledge that can help us establish ourselves as a trustworthy partner, foster a proactive culture, and lead the charge in building a service organisation. We are searching for someone who can challenge the status quo and is a tireless improvement driven. 
Your key responsibilities will be: 
Data and Processes:
 Create, manage, and take accountability for clearly defined processes in SAS Group SAP Systems for our People data.
 Support: 
Find and fix any problems, as well as assist leaders and HR in executing SAS HR procedures in SAP with precision. 
Stakeholder management:
 Work with our stakeholders to identify and map out organisational requirements for enhancing people service. 
Your background:
 You must be able to prioritise tasks and operate in a methodical, effective manner in order to succeed in this position. You possess a can-do attitude and the will to constantly look for ways to develop. You take pleasure in working in a fast-paced, fascinating, and constantly changing global business environment where you are faced with new and interesting difficulties. Making procedures go more smoothly, efficiently, and easily is what motivates you. You approach your work with a service-minded mindset and "user-eyes." You may be familiar with workforce by organising and executing trainings and providing assistance to managers and colleagues in raising their level of understanding regarding the use of HR systems. You also possess extensive knowledge of Success Factors experience. You are an excellent project manager who can organise, verify business requirements, meet timelines, and spearhead required change management. You most likely possess the ability to instruct and coach the company on how to use our solutions. You speak and write English and at least one Scandinavian language with ease. You have experience working in large, complex organisations with strong people processes implemented, or you would like to work in an international setting. You can easily interact with co-workers in different departments who play diverse jobs as a person who is leaning forward. You determine what is required and take action. You know how to lend a helpful hand in keeping your colleagues and other stakeholders informed you offer solutions but are yet modest enough to listen to others.
