Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Must assist manager with the daily operations and processes.
- Collaborate with the Manager to systematically manage the business’s policy.
- Processing payments, creating invoices, contacting clients about outstanding invoices, recording income and receipts, and entering data.
- Financial statement preparation displaying business profits and expenses.
- Prepare annual budgets for operations in coordination with the manager.
- Manage and regularly monitor programme expenditure, with regular, budget versus actual analysis.
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of banking and currency practises.
- Ensure that bank and cash accounts are reconciled on a regular basis.
- Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
- Working experience with the accounts software like SAP will be preferred.
Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Ms Excel and SAP.
- Excellent English Communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
- Good conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
