Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Must assist manager with the daily operations and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to systematically manage the business’s policy.
  • Processing payments, creating invoices, contacting clients about outstanding invoices, recording income and receipts, and entering data.
  • Financial statement preparation displaying business profits and expenses.
  • Prepare annual budgets for operations in coordination with the manager.
  • Manage and regularly monitor programme expenditure, with regular, budget versus actual analysis.
  • Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of banking and currency practises.
  • Ensure that bank and cash accounts are reconciled on a regular basis.
  • Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
  • Working experience with the accounts software like SAP will be preferred.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Ms Excel and SAP.
  • Excellent English Communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
  • Good conflict resolution abilities. 
  • Ability to work as a part of a team. 
  • Positive, go-getter attitude.
