Your task
Your goal as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) is to increase passenger engagement and user acquisition on Bliq. You will use data-driven tactics to create mobile marketing campaigns that convert, boost return on investment, and make a substantial contribution to our expansion goals.Duties:With more than 100,000 early customers, the Bliq consumer app has already had a successful debut. Your contribution is essential to taking it to the next level. Among your duties will be:
. To increase app installations and user engagement, create, carry out, and oversee mobile performance marketing campaigns using a variety of platforms (such as Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok, etc.).
. To find growth prospects and insights about your target audience, do in-depth market research and competition analysis.
. Work together with the analytics and product teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and gauge campaign effectiveness.
. Ad creatives and user funnels may be optimized by using A/B testing techniques.
. Examine campaign performance data to offer practical advice and suggestions for further development.
. Use App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques to raise conversion rates and app exposure.
. Keep abreast of the most recent developments and industry best practices in performance advertising and mobile app marketing.

. shown expertise in a startup setting as a Performance Marketing Manager or a comparable position for a mobile application, ideally in the mobility sector.
. strong familiarity with platforms, tools, and channels for performance marketing.
. Outstanding analytical abilities that enable the interpretation of intricate data and the formulation of data-driven conclusions.
. expertise with marketing analytics programs like Amplitude, Adjust, Google Analytics, and others.
. knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
. Excellent project management abilities and the capacity to oversee several campaigns at once.
. Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to function well in a remote-first setting.
