Your Position:
You will be in charge of the complete product lifecycle as a product manager, from conception to launch and beyond. To advance product vision, strategy, and execution, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams made up of developers, designers, and marketers. Your objective is to develop cutting-edge products that satisfy consumer demands and distinguish ourselves in the cutthroat fintech market.
Principal Duties:
. Create and implement product strategies that complement market opportunities and corporate objectives.
. To find trends, gaps, and client demands, do competitive and market research.
. Using data-driven insights and consumer feedback, define the product's vision, roadmaps, and features.
. Work together with the marketing, engineering, and design teams to guarantee successful and on-time product releases.
. Sort product features, improvements, and bug fixes according to customer input, ROI, and effect.
. Make and keep up-to-date user stories, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive product specifications.
. Track product performance, collect data, and make ongoing adjustments based on analytics and user input.
. Keep abreast with market developments, new technological advancements, and legal needs.
Conditions:
. four or more years of product management experience, ideally in the financial services or fintech sector
. shown ability to effectively create and oversee digital goods from conception to launch
. solid knowledge of the regulations, technology, and developments in fintech
. familiarity with Agile/Scrum techniques and technologies (e.g., Trello, Jira)
. Outstanding analytical abilities and the capacity to make judgments based on data
. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for working with cross-functional teams
. Capacity to oversee several tasks and priorities in a hectic setting
. Experience designing customer-focused products with UX/UI teams
. Knowledge of microservices architecture and API connections is advantageous.
. Proficiency in both Russian and English
