About The Role:
Lead and execute all brand and communication activities for the German market to increase brand visibility and drive sales through innovative campaigns, stakeholder collaboration and effective team management.
Manage the marketing budget for Germany and develop and implement a clearly defined marketing strategy for brand, sales and bar marketing in Germany.
Responsibility for the marketing strategy in Germany, developing our approach, positioning, range and tone of voice locally.
Developing and promoting new campaigns and product launches across our social media channels and communities.
Working closely with various departments including e-commerce, sales, events and brewery to effectively promote our beers, events and venues.
Managing day-to-day community engagement across our social networks to foster a lively dialog with our online community.
Creating content, briefings and shoots (photography and videography) for our social channels.
Supporting the retail business with marketing plans and activations for our German craft beer bars.
Working with our Equity Punk community, building strong relationships and strengthening brand loyalty.
Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies and PR initiatives.
Interacting with influencers and activating campaigns and launches through them.
Identifying and working with brands for partnerships to increase brand awareness.
Supporting the development of Germany's largest live tasting event “Bier Gewinnt” by developing effective marketing plans and community engagement and implementation.
Creating POS materials that increase brand awareness and support the sales team with impactful activities.
Working closely with the sales department to identify market opportunities and develop brand-appropriate, impactful ideas to promote our beer.
Implement marketing strategies for the sale of our beers in the hospitality industry (bars) and retail (supermarkets).
Produce monthly and ad-hoc reports on campaign results, launches and daily social media engagement.
Define and analyse performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

 

 

About You:
Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly social media management and content creation.
Proven success in managing and executing marketing campaigns from concept to implementation.
Experience of working with 'digital teams' to develop media content. Confident and experienced briefing of design assets.
Experience of sourcing, hiring, briefing and maintaining relationships with external agency partners.
Confident with social media and digital reporting tools and using these tools to present findings.
