Position Description
Help with the hiring process, which includes advertising job positions, reviewing candidates, and setting up interviews.
Support the new recruit onboarding process, which includes leading orientation sessions, creating paperwork, and organising training for new hires.
Keeping personnel records requires updating employee data in HR systems and monitoring absences and attendance.
Help with the adoption and dissemination of HR policies and practises, such as employee handbooks, job descriptions, and performance management systems.
Regarding HR policy, benefits, and processes, respond to employee questions and complaints.
help with the management of employee benefit schemes, including as retirement plans, health insurance, and other employee perks.
Help with compliance duties, such as maintaining personnel records and ensuring adherence to all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
