Ventus Capital Management is an investment company that offers wealthy private individuals, family offices and institutional investors access to selected off-market investments in the real estate market. We act as an anchor investor for every investment and enable co-investors to actively invest in the real estate market via mezzanine capital. We are currently working intensively on expanding our investor and investment base.

Our team has many years of investment and real estate experience and is ready to grow - we are looking for a committed intern (m/f/d) as soon as possible. Duration: at least 3 months

Tasks

That awaits you

• As an intern, you will work in our team from day one and gain a deep insight into the exciting private debt area of ​​the real estate market.
• Exciting insights into demanding real estate projects (financing and structuring)
• Support in the analysis of potential investments (market and location research, cash flow analyses, profitability calculations, etc.)
• Support in all areas of the due diligence process up to the investment decision
• Independent projects with which you contribute directly to the success of the company
• Diverse and varied range of tasks (investments, business development) in a young company

qualification

You bring that with you

• You are currently completing your bachelor's (at least 3rd semester) or master's degree in an economic, technical or real estate-specific subject or you have already completed your bachelor's/master's degree.
• Both a mandatory internship and a voluntary internship are possible.
• Ideally, you will have initial professional experience through internships in the areas of consulting, financial advisory, business development, start-up, real estate, banking or similar.
• You have a structured, analytical way of thinking, are open and bring a high willingness to learn and initiative.
• You have a keen interest in financial topics and real estate (previous experience is not necessary).
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to help shape something new in a challenging environment.
• Extensive MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and very good knowledge of German.
