The country representative of SWISH for the United Arab Emirates, Sajid Habib General Trading L.L.C., is seeking a driven Deputy Manager.
Sales to join our sales team You ought to be a motivated self-starter who can increase sales by
building rapport with customers and close sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish and achieve sales targets by educating, inspiring, guiding, and giving sales executives feedback. You can also fulfill the monthly target for your showroom.
Establish robust connections with leading architecture firms and real estate firms to generate recurring revenue for SWISH.
Develop a connection with government workers and convey our brand's values to secure government projects for SWISH.
Consistently visit and inquire with clients, identify prospective clients, and present quotes to them in order to increase project sales.
Managing company development and sales team members to maintain their motivation. Increasing sales and profitability by proactive and reactive lead following, establishing new clientele and connections.
Manage outlet staff to guarantee compliance with SWISH outlets and five-star experiences at SWISH outlets.
It is your responsibility to raise brand recognition in the competitive market and foster a great customer experience with SWISH.
Understand top managements massage and convey to all team members about management words & keep them motivated.
Offer suitable instruction and oversight on managing challenging and intricate sales.
Provide upper management with updates regarding showroom scenarios and market knowledge.
Keep up-to-date sales reports and send them in on a regular basis to upper management.
Ensuring teamwork and emphasizing team development to meet monthly sales targets.
Resolving tension and disagreement among staff members to foster a cheerful and productive work environment.
Skills:
Educational Background:
Any discipline from any reputable public or private university for a bachelor's or master's degree.
Experience:
Experience in the bathware business will be given significant consideration.
• Proven eight years or more of experience as a sales manager or in a related function.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Suite.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
