Your task
. Automation: Use REST APIs, Webhooks, or tools like Make, Notion, or Zapier to design, create, and execute automation workflows.
. Integration: To improve operational efficiency, integrate and automate procedures in Webflow, Notion, CRM, and other platforms.
. Cooperation: Work together with department leaders to find potential for automation and streamline current processes.
. Monitoring: To guarantee smooth operations and address any problems that may come up, keep an eye on and maintain automated processes.
. Training: Give team members continual instruction and assistance on automation tools and best practices.
. Documentation: Make user-friendly internal user manuals and record all automation procedures.
Your profile
. Demonstrated expertise in process management and automation with Webhooks, REST APIs, or tools like Make or Zapier (Required)
. Excellent technical abilities and background in CRMs, Web Forms, Frontend Development, and Notion (Necessary)
. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity for creative thought to produce novel automations, workarounds, and solutions are necessary.
. Rapid understanding and a readiness to learn
. Effective communication, both in writing and speaking proficiency in English. Proficiency in German is a plus.
. Problem-solving, goal-oriented, and can-do attitude
. An analytical and methodical approach to work that is appropriate for a remote-first team
