What you bring with you? 
A Master's degree in the top group of your university, preferably in business administration, economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, engineering or natural sciences or a Bachelor's degree in combination with an additional qualification, for example a dual study program or vocational training Relevant practical experience through extracurricular activities or internships Willingness to take on responsibility and develop quickly You enjoy working in a team and at eye level with customers and stakeholders Curiosity and willingness to learn.
