Job Description: 
Create yearly and quarterly curriculum plans based on the performance and content criteria. Oversee the educational process in compliance with contemporary learning methodologies and efficient instruction, making appropriate use of instructional resources in line with the daily schedule. Develop and design various tests and exams, work on evaluating and measuring students’ performance, analyse students’ results, read national tests, study, and benefit from them in addressing weaknesses, and complete evaluation and documentation work in a timely and accurate manner. Deal with all students professionally and fairly, coordinating with the counselling specialist to deal with special and individual cases, and determining their needs for care and follow-up. Engage in dialogue and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to handle issues related to education, find solutions, and keep parents informed.

 Qualifications:
 Open to home country experience. Open to overseas hiring. A bachelor's degree in a related discipline or a specialised subject is required. A degree such as a Teaching Diploma, PGCE, PGDE, or M.Ed. is required. It is required for non-native English speakers to score at least a 6 on the IELTS. Preferably with background in American curriculum.
