At Lanterna, we assist IBDP and MYP schools worldwide that are experiencing a shortage of teachers. We are a group of techno-educators who would love to have you join us in delivering captivating, motivational, and top-notch technical instruction to students all over the world. Working in an online capacity with schools ranging from Okinawa to Oslo, London to Lisbon, is an amazing opportunity to widen your perspectives. We will take you through a thorough technical onboarding process as part of our commitment to you, making sure you are ready to apply your experience as an educator in a digital setting. Technical resources are also provided to our most committed educators to improve their online learning environment. 
As an online IB replacement teacher, you will serve schools ranging from those that have just started the programme to well-established schools in important marketplaces by providing synchronous sessions to schools worldwide for anywhere from one week to a whole school year. For educators who wish to augment their in-school teaching during the evenings and weekends or who do not have a full teaching roster, this is the ideal opportunity. Additionally, we are actively seeking excellent educators who have recently retired and are available to work as online facilitators so they can take advantage of our extensive knowledge. Although it varies depending on the school contract, this labour is normally paid at £40 per hour.
