What you will do?
 Our goal is to always be competitive, especially when it comes to RFPs and bids, as well as the material we provide in our answers. 
Our response to RFPs and tenders reflects the excellent calibre of services we provide. Working closely with the sales and service departments, you will be in charge of overseeing significant tender procedures. 
At Mnemonic, a BID Manager assumes a strong sense of responsibility for making sure that requests are properly qualified, formulating a winning plan, creating the substance of the answer, and organising and carrying out the procedures up to contract signing and handover. 
For goods and services to be sold successfully, bidding management is essential.

This is evident in the kinds of contracts that we compete for as well; these include long-term agreements on security monitoring and incident management, major consulting framework agreements, product deliveries, operations, and support. As a result, you will have variety in your job as a BID Manager at Mnemonic, along with the chance to delve further into specialised areas within particular service areas.
 Key responsibilities include: 
project management and overall accountability for the RFP and tendering processes. putting together BID teams for the entire company. collaborating across specific fields. putting oneself at the core of the RFP/tender qualification process and creating commercial and winning tactics.
 Compose and provide high-quality material for service descriptions and answers. 
Organisation, aggregation, and upkeep of content for tenders and request for proposals.
 Engage in and lead discussions. 
Your future team: 
Our section of Business Development & Contract (BDC) is responsible for BID management. Along with other coworkers in the sales and marketing divisions, you will collaborate with a group of five other BID managers. Together with these divisions, you will collaborate closely with our Service Lead and Presale departments, each of which oversees distinct professional domains. Here, you will also be tasked with determining what content development and documentation need to be updated and improved. 
What you will bring? 
You need to be an organised, precise, analytical BID manager with strong negotiating abilities and business acumen if you want to thrive in this role. 
You take charge of the assignment, have a broad perspective, and are constantly eager to come up with smart answers. 
Someone with experience in multiple of the following areas is what we're searching for: 
experience from related IT professions, ideally in the field of IT security. familiarity with RFI/RFP and tendering procedures. the capacity to take initiative, be self-driven, and work independently on complex tasks. strong commercial and business acumen. 
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. the capacity to express oneself clearly in English and the native tongue. increased education in pertinent fields.
