Cyber Security Network Engineer: 
What you’ll do? 
To join our client, situated in Gothenburg, Sweden, on a minimum 12-month contract, we are looking for an experienced Security Professional with a solid background in Enterprise Security and expertise putting into practice and upholding security compliance guidelines such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.

You will be the team's security focal point, offering leadership and expertise in security-related projects, incident response, and ongoing security operations.
 As a Cybersecurity Network Engineer, you will be in charge of guaranteeing the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of our organization's information and technology assets. 
This position calls for a thorough understanding of security principles and technologies as well as the capacity to evaluate, design, and implement security solutions. 
Infrastructure Management for Security: 
Maintain and oversee security infrastructure, which includes VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewalls, EDR solutions, and security monitoring tools.
 · Make sure security systems are configured and kept up to date in accordance with industry best practices and legal standards.
 Incident Response and Forensics:
· Perform analysis and digital forensics to identify the underlying cause of security breaches. · Start trainings and drills for incident response. 
Security Policies and Compliance:
 · Create and implement security standards, guidelines, and protocols in compliance with industry standards and best practices.
 · Perform security audits and evaluations to guarantee adherence to legal and regulatory mandates. 
The upkeep and ongoing enhancement of ISO 27001 and analogous standards within the establishment. 
This include creating and preserving guidelines, protocols, and safeguards. 
Threat Intelligence:
 · Keep an eye out for new threats and weaknesses and modify security protocols as necessary. Documentation:
 · Keep thorough records of incident response protocols, security configurations, and security policies. Requirements: 
· A bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a similar discipline (or comparable professional experience). At least seven years of expertise in the field of business security. 
Thorough understanding of ISO 27001 standards and experience putting them into practice and keeping them up to date within an organisation. 
Proficiency in security technologies, encompassing encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM solutions.
 · A solid grasp of risk management, security technology, and information security principles.
 · Desirable are relevant industry qualifications (such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISSP, and CISM). 
. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with top management, external auditors, and cross-functional worldwide teams.
 • Capable of addressing complex security challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; 
.Able to stay current with industry best practices and evolving security threats. 
Type of Work: Contract 
Duration of contract: 12 months
 Pay: between 950,00kr and 1 000,00kr per hour; 7 years of experience in business security is preferred. five years for security technology (Preferred)
