Math teacher, Year 7-9 International English School Eskilstuna is now seeking two qualified teachers to teach math to our 7-9 students, to start in August 2024. We are searching for cooperative, devoted, upbeat, and enthusiastic team players that are prepared to go above and beyond for their peers and kids. All staff members are required to be exceptionally organized, take pride in their mentorship and other school-related responsibilities, and serve as excellent role models for our kids in addition to providing engaging and relevant lessons. We require a teacher's license or, if internationally qualified, a current teaching license or registration plus a bachelor’s degree and teaching qualification.
Main duties include:
Keep an eye on the efficiency and progress of the class work and adjust as needed. Create an engaging learning environment in the classroom to support efficient instruction. Uphold the school's positive ethos and basic principles both within and outside of the classroom. Inform parents of their children's growth, accomplishments, and progress. Uphold discipline and good order among pupils in compliance with the behavior regulations of the institution. This profession involves mentoring students as well.
