Description:
 In your role as Lurkit's manager of digital marketing, you will oversee the creation and application of our plans, with an emphasis on streamlining online platforms to boost lead generation and brand visibility. In this position, you will be in charge of managing a range of digital marketing activities, such as online advertising, social media management, email marketing, and PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you'll create campaigns that have an impact on our target audience and produce quantifiable outcomes. A strategic thinker with a track record in digital marketing, a thorough understanding of online advertising platforms, and actual gaming experience are required for this position. Although you will be working with a group of experts, it is anticipated that you will understand each project just as well and be able to assist directly in those areas of work. 
Responsibilities:
 Create and implement all-encompassing digital marketing strategies to boost user engagement, build brand recognition, and produce leads from both paid and organic channels. In charge of overseeing every facet of digital marketing initiatives, including as internet advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns. Create and carry out focused PPC campaigns to increase traffic and conversions on a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Ads. Campaign management and optimisation for email marketing can raise open, click-through, and conversion rates. Collaborate with the Social, Content Marketing, and Community teams to post interesting content on sponsored social media platforms that will increase user interaction and promote community development. Track and evaluate campaign performance indicators, offering suggestions and analysis for improvement. Keep up with the latest developments in the field and the best practices in digital marketing, and look for new ways to improve Lurkit's online visibility and produce outcomes. Work together with cross-functional teams to guarantee that digital marketing campaigns are in line with the overarching goals of the company and its identity.
 Key Qualifications:
 a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a similar discipline, or comparable work experience. credentials for the ad networks Meta and Google. shown expertise in digital marketing, with an emphasis on online advertising, social media management, email marketing, and PPC campaigns. strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to decipher data and produce insights that may be used to optimise campaigns. expertise using social media management tools, email marketing software, and advertising platforms (like Facebook Ads and Google Ads) in the context of digital marketing. Strong communication abilities, including the capacity to work well in cross-functional teams and explain complicated concepts to stakeholders who are not technical. a meticulous individual with excellent project management abilities who can oversee several campaigns at once and fulfil deadlines in a hectic work setting. a strong interest in gaming and a thorough knowledge of industry trends and gaming culture.
