Are you interested in the position of Account Executive - Software Sales (f/m/d) at JTL-Software GmbH?

 Activities:
 You will nurture leads through the sales cycle and close deals. You can expect some leads from our team of SDRs, but you should also actively prospect yourself. You will lead meetings with potential customers, build trust, ignite enthusiasm and show how great our product is! You will be constantly seeking initial and ongoing contact with enterprise customers, scheduling reviews and organising regular meetings to demonstrate JTL and be available to answer any questions. You will conduct needs analyses and prepare and present resulting business cases to client leadership teams to demonstrate how JTL can add value to their business. You will spend much of your time in meetings with JTL's business leaders, key stakeholders and business users, contributing significantly to customer growth. You will also attend internal meetings with the sales team to keep up to date and discuss sales pipelines. 
Requirements: 
• You already have several years of experience in sales, ideally in the software environment or e-commerce sector. 
• You are passionate about sales and love interacting with customers and prospects.
• You are characterised by your strong communication skills and persuasiveness. 
• You are highly persuasive and have very good presentation skills. 
• You have no problem being persistent in your approach to potential customers. 
• A high level of customer orientation and service mentality are a matter of course for you.
• You enjoy working independently, but can also contribute to the team and celebrate team successes.
• You communicate fluently in German and have a solid command of English.

Team:
• Dein potential new team consists of 12 other colleagues in addition to the team lead. 
• The team is made up as follows 2 customer service employees, 3 sales employees, 3 key account managers, 1 sales development representative, 1 working student and a senior sales manager. The entire team uses the Bitrix tool for internal organisation. 
• There are daily calls lasting around 15 minutes every day to find out what's going on with the other colleagues. • The atmosphere in the team is very relaxed and friendly. 
• You also work very closely with our partner management team across departments.
•  Application process In order to get to know each other at the beginning and to clarify initial skills, a digital team interview lasting approx 1 hour will take place with the division manager and another colleague from the sales team. 
• If, after the interview, both you and the area manager and the team think that this is a great fit, you will receive your permanent contract from us in the next step and we will welcome you to the JTL family.
