Keeping an eye on store activities and making sure it is stocked and staffed properly.
building more effective or efficient processes and strategies through analysis of data and processes.
establishing and achieving financial and business goals.
keeping the place of business neat and orderly, and making sure that the signs and displays are appealing.
creating reports and delivering information to other people or higher-level supervisors.
ensuring that employees adhere to corporate policies and practices.
other responsibilities to guarantee the overall well-being and profitability of the company.
