The Product Manager Specialty Gases (m/f/d) works on an international level, in particular with various European countries within a cluster organization. 
Supply and Demand:
 Ensuring a balance between product demand and availability.
 In case of an emergency, coordinating with the sales and supply chain. 
Connection between Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing.
 creating and updating studies for every market and competition scenario, as well as exchanging data with Offering Development & Deployment and Cluster Product Managers. 
Price Management: 
Deciding on and adhering to the pricing policy. 
Keeping an eye on the individual product lines' progress.
 Deciding on target pricing depending on the kind of goods, the area, the buyer, the degree of competition, etc. 
Coordination of tasks pertaining to pricing. 
Referential & Catalog: 
Owner of the product List of with referential and technical product specifications. 
Creation of new references. 
Innovation:
 Piloting and introduction of new products in coordination with various departments in the Air Liquide Group. 
Support marketing and operations in product industrialization and commercialization. 
Sales Support:
 Assistance with sales and market units on a technical and commercial level. 
Clarification of the availability of materials and assets.
 Helping with medium- and large-scale tenders and contract negotiations on behalf of sales and key accounts. Introduction of product education programs.
 Encourage or take the lead in legal explanations and compliance (e.g. REACH).
Playing the part of a technical expert in the field of speciality gases, including customer and application consultation.
 Analyse & Support Features:
 The IGV program Market Share Analysis (Commentary and Reporting).
 Scenario calculation and analysis for prospective new sources and rival sources.
 Providing product and pricing information to support sales and marketing (e.g., customer trips, assistance with offerings and tenders). 
Gathering of competitive data.

 Your profile:
 A university degree in science and technology earned with success, or cosy training. 
An advantage is professional expertise in the sales-related field of technological products that need justification.
