Your task
As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you want to boost Bliq user acquisition and passenger engagement. You will develop mobile marketing campaigns that increase conversion, increase return on investment, and significantly advance our expansion objectives by utilizing data-driven strategies Tasks: With over 100,000 initial clients, the Bliq consumer app has already had a successful debut. Taking it to the next level depends on your contribution. Among your duties will be:
.Develop, implement, and manage mobile performance marketing campaigns across several platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok, etc.) to boost app installs and user engagement. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and insights about your target audience. Collaborate with the product and analytics teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the efficacy of campaigns. A/B testing methods may be used to optimize user funnels and ad creatives.
. Examine campaign performance data to offer practical advice and suggestions for further development.
. Effectively manage and distribute marketing funds to optimize return on investment and user acquisition.
. Increase app visibility and conversion rates by utilizing App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies.
. Keep abreast of the most recent developments and industry best practices in performance advertising and mobile app marketing.
Your profile

. shown proficiency in a startup environment as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a role similar to that of a mobile application, preferably in the mobility industry. good experience with performance marketing channels, tools, and platforms. exceptional analytical skills that allow for the interpretation of complex data and the development of conclusions based on data; knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Adjust, and others; and familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Outstanding project management skills and the ability to run many campaigns concurrently.
. Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to function well in a remote-first setting.

. a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Certifications or advanced degrees are advantageous.
