The role:
Joining us on this exciting journey, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager. Your major responsibility as a member of the Customer Success team is to make sure Treyd upholds, grows, and expands current client relationships. Additionally, you will assist with sales by advertising prospects who have not converted and onboarding new clients.
Your ability to combine involvement and passion will be crucial in making sure our clients are happy and getting the most out of their investments. As a member of our Credit Team and the larger Commerce Team, you will work together to proactively stop client attrition.
The ideal applicant is a natural communicator, customer-focused, and at ease dealing credit products. You ought to be able express concepts concisely and meaningfully with clients, including subjects like budgeting and lending alternatives.

As the owner of your clientele, you will serve as their primary point of contact to learn about their needs and provide them with top-notch service.
Organise and take initiative to make sure clients stick with Treyd.
This entails processing consumers' orders and obtaining an active credit limit for them.
Determine chances to enhance clients' use of our services or possible account risks.
Interact with a wide variety of clients, such as D2C brands, multi-brand stores, distributors, and wholesalers; each has different credit requirements, financial profiles, and buying habits.
Lead additional internal and client-facing projects as needed from the company, like boosting customer case studies and Trust pilot reviews.
Collaborate closely with the Credit and Commercial teams.
Take part in gatherings and displays to expand your network of potential and current clients.
Skills & Requirements:
Must-haves:
+2 years of experience in customer-facing positions such as account management, customer success, or support.
Outstanding communication abilities in English.
Solid comprehension of fundamental financial measures.
Ambitious and driven to surpass group objectives.
Tenacious, capable, and willing to go above and beyond for Treyd and your team.
I am naturally interested, constantly seeking new knowledge, and I view every obstacle as an opportunity to improve.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with HubSpot and knowledge of its surroundings.
Expertise in the fintech, SaaS, or finance sectors.
Bonus points if you speak Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish and have prior customer success experience in the Nordic region.
