WHAT YOU'LL DO?
 Are you hoping to advance professionally and personally with a thriving, cutting-edge, global consultancy? Do you enjoy making plans, setting priorities, and helping others? If so, you might join us as our new management assistant. 
This position serves as a 12-month parental cover. 
Providing administrative support to specific stakeholders, primarily Project Leaders at the local office, is one of the duties of this function. 
Another is Calendar Management, which entails keeping an exacting schedule. weekly expenditure management for project leaders, including filing and sending invoices to accounting. 
Travel plans, such as convoluted itineraries and visa applications. 
Organising workshops for clients. 
Organising internal activities. binding and printing.
 Reservations for meeting spaces, catering, and courier shipments, etc. 
Cross-functional cooperation (as required between Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, and Recruiting). ad hoc duties for interested parties. 
YOU'RE GOOD AT: 
Professional, proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented:
 A self-assured and helpful personality. 
The capacity to work independently and set priorities during times of high workload.
 Polite, devoted, and diligent, a team player and role model.
 Self-assured with a "can-do" mentality, imaginative, and vibrant.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS): 
Knowledge of 1-2 years of work experience is preferred. 
Moderate familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
Outstanding written and oral communication abilities in both English and the local language. 
Flexibility with regard to tasks and timing. 
YOU'LL WORK WITH: 
The members of our operations team strive to maintain BCG's smooth, effective, and productive operation. 
Our team comprises receptionists, facilities workers, executive and management assistants, and a Business Services Manager who oversees the complete Operations Team.
