We are offering a terrific opportunity for a Partners Sals Manager to join our Stockholm-based Digital Experience team!
What you're going to do:
You will be responsible for building C-level connections with the Adobe partner ecosystem as the Nordics partner team leader.
Your primary duty will be to expand the partner organization in order to increase Adobe DX's sales coverage by persuading our partners to include our technologies in their sales cycles and obtaining partner assistance to quicken our sales cycles.
By placing the client at the core of our sales strategy, you will be able to provide a balanced and mutually beneficial business for both Adobe and your partner, as a major pillar of the DX Nordics executive board.
By building connections between Adobe and partner sales teams, you will help your Partner Managers reach their goals.
Your part:
. Oversee a group of senior PSMs and assist them in meeting their quota.
. Create a plan for executive involvement in the partner ecosystem.
. Make use of top partners to facilitate ground-breaking deals.
. Coordinate your strategy with important partners with the Adobe International Partner Team.
. Create ISV (like Microsoft) closeness with local GTM leaders for products
. maintaining a healthy network of local partners to support all product lines.
. Encourage your group to build a pipeline, maintain it, and assist the sales team in closing partner-qualified and sourced deals.
. Assist your PSM team in developing relationships.
. Constant alignment of the partner strategy with the priorities of the sales business
Your target audience:
In collaboration with partners:
. Direct communication with Partner C-level will be required, as will connecting the Adobe leadership team on a mutual executive engagement strategy, . supporting partner initiatives pertaining to Adobe technology skill development, and promoting incentives to create pipeline and partnership opportunities.
With the client:
. In order to promote partner alignment, you will participate in executive meetings.
. Together with the partners, make sure C-level customers attend marketing events (SUMMIT, Symposium, etc.).
With the extended Adobe team:
. You will work with our internal consulting department to make sure our joint engagements are successful
. you will engage the Account Executive team to establish a layer of trust with these important individuals for your company
. you will assist sales leaders in developing their partner strategy.
Requirements for success:
. A track record of success in software or SaaS sales and channel sales with:
. 8–10 years of experience in a quota-based channel sales position, ideally with a SaaS or recurring revenue company
. thorough familiarity with a range of marketing automation systems.
. A bachelor's degree is preferred, particularly in business or a related discipline.
. Within a complicated client acquisition-driven organization, ideally in the mid-market or enterprise area, you have a history of effectively and regularly reaching revenue targets and objectives. You thrive on difficulties.
. You are committed to fulfilling the needs and expectations of both internal and external clients, have a thorough understanding of how businesses operate, and are passionate about assisting companies in being extraordinarily successful.
You are skilled at staying ahead of the curve on pertinent industry, company, product, or technical information, you like learning new things, and you take up technical stuff rapidly.
The chosen applicant is a skilled communicator, well-organized, cooperative, adaptable, and affable, and they have a strong history of completing tasks in a challenging setting.
Based in Sweden, this position may include up to 25% travel, either locally or abroad, to meet with partners. Depending on the project, this may involve overnight or week-long stays at various places.
Swedish and English are required. Any other European language would be much valued.
