Job Responsibilities:
Take the initiative to design and implement Morningstar Eco-Friendly's Nordic commercial development plan.
Form strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, prospects, and industry titans.
Complete management of a work of literature of business, including the development of new projects and maintenance of existing ones.
Grow and maintain a robust sales pipeline by:
Having a Book of Business, being able to recognise, seize, and close business prospects, along with renewing current contracts.
Taking the initiative to organise and reply to requests for quotations (RFPs) for the area.
Acting as a reliable resource for banks, insurance companies, and institutional and individual investors on the application of responsible investment techniques and the integration of our goods and services.
Monitoring and disseminating potential for product innovation, as well as staying current with market developments.
Representing the business in conferences, industry gatherings, and speaking engagements in public.
Working everyday together with colleagues in the US and Canada, as well as in the additional European offices.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:
Proven capacity to recognise opportunities, comprehend client needs, and articulate the worthwhile proposition of complicated goods in an effective manner.
A proven track record of hitting or surpassing sales goals in a cutthroat setting, ideally in the banking or finance industry.
Adeptness in overseeing the complete sales process, from generating leads and prospecting to completing transactions and upholding customer connections.
Shown a strong desire to succeed in business, establishing rapport with all parties involved in the enterprise.
Sincere enthusiasm for environmentally conscious investment and a commitment to Morningstar Eco-Friendly's goals and principles.
Solid connections in the industry and familiarity with selling in these cultures.
Proficiency in Swedish and English is required; proficiency with additional Nordic languages is advantageous.
Five to seven years' minimum of experience in financial services or business development.
A degree in a relevant field, such as the social sciences, business, finance, or environment.
Robust customer service, consultative sales, and general robust commercial abilities.
The willingness to collaborate closely with a broad and international team.
