As a Learning and Development Coordinator at DPL, you will play a crucial role in creating personalized career growth plans for our employees. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating the execution of training, and career development plans, and documenting employees’ learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Career Growth Plan Execution
- Work closely with individual employees to implement their career development plans.
- Execute training interventions and career growth plans, leveraging technology and the
latest training methodologies to provide experiential learning to employees
- Tracking and Monitoring Progress
- Regularly monitor and track employees career growth progress
- Identify any challenges or obstacles and provide support.
- Collaborate with L&D specialist to make necessary adjustments to learning interventions
- Mentorship Program Support
- Facilitate regular check-in meetings between employees and their mentors.
- Ensure mentors are providing valuable guidance and support to mentees.
- Encourage open communication and constructive feedback in mentorship relationships.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of individual career growth activities.
- Generate reports on employee progress and share insights with HR and management.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in career growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in career development, mentorship, or talent development is a plus.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence skills to connect with and understand the needs and aspirations of employees.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and employee needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees and subject matter experts effectively.
