IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Be responsible for extensive coordination with RPs and Int`l departments for LTE Roll out, Deals and DIOTs.
- Be responsible for Wholesale revenue Growth and Cost optimization as per budgeted targets and support Marketing team to launch new roaming products.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international Aggregators/Clients who aggregate A2P messaging services. Understand their business needs, provide strategic guidance, and act as their main point of contact.
- Closely coordinate with Group for maturing Group roaming Deals. Enhance roaming footprint across the Globe to facilitate premium roaming customers.
- Workout DIOT with RPs to offer competitive roaming packages to enhance inbound/outbound revenues.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the existing client base and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure traffic delivery and deployment of tailored solutions to ensure smooth handling of traffic.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by effectively managing accounts, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and negotiating contracts and pricing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, operations, FMS, Revenue assurance and Technical teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services and support. Foster strong internal relationships to drive portfolio success.
- Track and analyze account performance, key metrics, and market trends. Generate reports and present findings to management and clients to drive informed decision-making.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification:
- Master or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/MBA Marketing/Management
Experience:
- 8+ Years of working experience with proven track record of working on large scale projects.
