The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting the recruitment strategy to help to achieve the desired recruitment goals and will deliver full life-cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications and performing phone screenings
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions and position requirements
- Perform reference checks as needed
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring and selection is done according to employment laws and regulations
What We’re Looking for:
- 1 - 2 year of solid Talent Acquisition experience and has hired for diverse and challenging roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to manage detailed understanding of current and future talent is needed to support the strategy of assigned functions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Should have prior experience of working on an applicant tracking system
