Responsibilities:

  1. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
  2. Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  3. Develop compensation and benefits plans.
  4. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
  5. Host in-house recruitment events.
  6. Maintain good relations with the employees and develop an environment of trust.
  7. Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers.
  8. Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, compensation analysis and cost-per-hire).
  9. Review departmental budgets.
  10. Organize learning and development programs.
  11. Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Should be able to organize and lead events.
  13. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
  14. Developing and implementing human resources policies.
  15. Supporting strategic objectives.
  16. Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling staff.
  17. Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  18. Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
  19. Motivating and supporting current staff.
  20. Maintaining staff records.
  21. Handling employee benefits.
  22. Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
  23. Designing and directing training programs.
  24. Manage and Improve HR processes, implement strategies that support business growth,
  25. Manage and Improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness.
  26. Strengthen relations between Employee and Management.
  27. Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.
  28. Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
  29. Managing Employee Attendance Records and Error Free Salary processing.

Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
  2. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management (including payroll and ATS).
  3. Leadership skills.
  4. Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
  5. Proven organizational skills and attention for detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  6. Highly integrative with strong business mind, data focus and results orientation.
  7. Strategic, innovative and thinking outside of the box
  8. Project Management experience.
  9. Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
  10. Ability to implement global standards, processes and programs
  11. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  12. University degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Organizational Psychology or other related major.
  13. BSc degree in HR or relevant certifications are a plus.
  14. Candidates who have HRM or HR Professional Certification will be preferred.
  15. Have at least 3 years working experiences in HR department.
  16. Fluent in English and Urdu.
  17. Fully understand the business process, system of HR and in-depth knowledge of Labor Law.
  18. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  19. People & Data oriented and result driven, good communication and presentation skills.
  20. Ability to architect strategy along with strong leadership skills.
