Requirements for the position:

•To match solutions with business objectives, collaborate with architects, service delivery managers, and product teams.
• Serve as a data science subject matter expert, offering suggestions and insights to enhance procedures.
• Convert company needs into useful data science answers.
• Examine current procedures to find inefficiencies and suggest data-driven improvements.
•Remain current on tools, technology, and developments in the market so that the team can apply best practices.
•Assist in creating a collection of reusable models and solutions to aid the larger company.
• Create reports and dashboards to assess MTTR improvements, monitor SLA adherence, and display insights.
• Effectively convey results and developments to stakeholders who are technical and those who are not.
