About Company: 
The AI & Analytics team at Osttra is looking for a highly qualified Data Engineer with three to five years of professional expertise to join our growing staff in Stockholm, Sweden. In order to support numerous AI and BI projects within the company, you will be instrumental in the development and upkeep of our customer data structure in Google's Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal applicant would be well-versed in the concepts of data engineering and possess practical GCP and Python knowledge. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 
Create, construct, and manage scalable data pipelines with GCP services (Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Run, etc.). 
Work together with analysts and data scientists to comprehend data requirements and provide superior data solutions. 
To guarantee data accuracy and dependability, conduct quality tests and monitoring. 
Optimise data processing to be as economical and efficient as possible.
 Participate in the creation of our overarching data architecture and plan.
 Utilising tools such as Terraform, create and implement architecture as code. 
 

What We're Looking For?
 Basic Qualifications:
 A bachelor's or graduate degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline. 
Three to five years of data engineering experience, concentrating on GCP. 
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IAC) and cloud environment provisioning.
 Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
 Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL/ELT procedures, container platforms, and data modelling. 
It is advantageous to be familiar with machine learning techniques and concepts. 
Exceptional ability to solve problems and communicate. 
Competent with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (like Git).
 Shown knowledge of or interest in the financial markets.
