MTLA / BTA (m/f/d) in molecular endocrinology

Your tasks:
 Isolation of DNA and RNA from various materials (blood, FFPE, FNBs). Molecular genetic diagnostics in the field of molecular endocrinology, haematooncology and pharmacogenetics. 
Carrying out molecular genetic analyses (PCR, next-generation sequencing (NGS), MLPA) and genotyping using MALDI-TOF technology in the MassARRAY system. 
Evaluation, assessment and preliminary diagnosis of the tests carried out with final diagnosis by the head of the medical department.
 General technical laboratory work.
